Susan Raychard is a board-certified occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia and the families and caregivers who care for them. Her clinical background spans long-term care, memory care and assisted living communities, as well as private home settings, giving her a comprehensive understanding of dementia care across the continuum.

Susan is deeply committed to improving quality of life for people affected by dementia. Through education, coaching, and evidence-based, person-centered strategies, she helps caregivers and families better understand the disease process while learning practical approaches to maximize an individual’s remaining abilities, independence, and sense of self.

Providing care for someone living with dementia is complex and emotionally demanding, requiring both specialized knowledge and compassionate support. Susan’s mission is to empower families and caregivers with the skills, confidence, and understanding they need to navigate the dementia journey—promoting dignity, meaningful connection, and the best possible quality of life for everyone involved.
