Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional Add-Ins (choose 1–2)
Mini chocolate chips
Dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, chopped dates)
Chopped nuts or seeds
Shredded coconut
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and salt.
In a microwave-safe bowl, warm nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and milk for about 30 seconds until soft.
Stir in vanilla, then pour over oat mixture.
Mix until fully combined; fold in add-ins if using.
Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.
Storage: For Best Results……
Keep refrigerated up to 1 week
Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 2 months
