Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Optional Add-Ins (choose 1–2)

  • Mini chocolate chips

  • Dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, chopped dates)

  • Chopped nuts or seeds

  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and milk for about 30 seconds until soft.

  3. Stir in vanilla, then pour over oat mixture.

  4. Mix until fully combined; fold in add-ins if using.

  5. Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.

Storage: For Best Results……

  • Keep refrigerated up to 1 week

  • Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 2 months
